What We Do
DOWA manufactures MWIR (3 - 5um), SWIR - NIR (1900 - 700nm), Red (690 - 650nm) and Deep UV (340 - 300nm) LEDs for optical sensors in medical, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. Our in-house epi design and production capabilities enable the tuning of physical, electric, and optical characteristics of our LED bare dices, which gives our customers great flexibility in sensor design. Having high volume production capacity, DOWA has been the chosen LED supplier of smart devices and SpO2 medical sensors. Our MWIR LED is an alternative for lasers to detect Co2 and other gases.
